Everyone is up in arms about the amount of people who have passed away in 2016. Everyone is blaming 2016 for taking every one of our heroes away from us. There have been a lot of icons that have gone to their rest.
Perhaps we are not looking at this quite the right way. Instead of complaining that so many have died, why not complain that so many that are living are not the quality of hero we have grown accustomed to. The greats were great for a reason. We are so devastated by their passing because there aren’t any of that caliber to replace them. So instead of complaining about 2016 deaths we should be demanding a higher standard of the living.
